Reviews and Ratings
Overall, we had a lovely family stay at this resort, with plenty of activities for the kids and great amenities. The water park is pricey, but the nearby Purple Pig restaurant is fantastic. On the downside, I did face some significant issues with the room assignment and maintenance that took away from the experience.
My stay here was a mix of relaxation and disappointment. The location holds potential with various family-friendly activities nearby, but the conditions of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired. I found the water park fun for kids, but not including it in the stay was a letdown. Overall, while the atmosphere was nice, the accommodations and service were not up to par.
Overall, our stay was quite decent, but there were some significant downsides. While we enjoyed the pool and putt-putt golf, the hot tub ruined my swimsuit, and management didn’t offer any compensation. The housekeeping staff's entry without knocking was also unsettling. The grounds could use better maintenance, but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough, though not as spacious as we hoped.
Our stay was quite average, with some pros and cons. The indoor water park was a hit with the kids, but the room had cleanliness issues, particularly with moldy shower curtains. The dining options were limited, and the noise from other guests was quite disruptive. Overall, it was decent for a short trip, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
I’ve been visiting this resort for the last 5 years and have always enjoyed it thanks to the multiple swimming pools, a fun water park, and the beautiful beachfront. However, my recent experience wasn't as pleasant due to some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The availability of amenities like dining options and activities in the area is great, but not being close to Tyler for restaurants can be a downside for some.
